The following is important information that you should follow for checking-in to ISIT 2019.
IEEE ISIT 2019 will take place at the Maison de la Mutualité (MdM) which is located at 22 rue Saint-Victor, 75005 Paris. The MdM is located in the Latin Quarter, next to the metro stations “Maubert-Mutualité” or “Cardinal-Lemoine”, Line 10 or station “Jussieu”, line 7 and RER station “Saint-Michel Notre-Dame”, lines B & C.
Due to the anticipated crunch of people arriving on the mornings of the conference, we highly recommend that you arrive early - doors of the MdM open at 8am and the program starts at 8:30am. Note that to gain entrance to the MdM you will need to go through a security (bag) check, so budget additional time for this.
All pre-registered attendees will be emailed an E-badge to print before their arrival to the conference: if you have not received the email by Friday 5 July, please check your spam box or contact the organizers at: email@example.com.
If you have printed your badge before arriving at the MdM, you will have a streamlined registration process since you will not need to queue up to use the on-site printer. In any case, we encourage you to pick up your registration materials during a period of low traffic flow into the venue, for example during the day on Sunday July 7.
To enter the MdM conference venue:
Your badge is non-transferable and must be used at all times in the conference venue. You will also need to wear your badge in order to access the conference banquet on Thursday at the Palais Brongniart venue.
